Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in relation to these Terms, you agree to first notify us in writing and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If a resolution is not reached within 28 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing court proceedings (unless urgent injunctive relief is required). Mediation will be held in Melbourne, Victoria, and costs shared equally.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remainder will remain in effect.
